Support Centre
We can provide this service in two modes from European, US or off-shore centres.
1. Operational Support - This can be provided under a tailor-made contract which can include elements of back-office functions
2. Client Support - In French or English, can be provided by our off-shore call centre which can directly interface with our clients’ clients or members. This service can be provided on a contingency, per diem or revenue-sharing basis.
