Consultancy
This is a chargeable activity based upon per diem rates, which is specific to each client and is carried out mainly on two levels – Strategy and Implementation.
1. Strategy can cover such elements as Compliance, Marketing Methods, Human Resources and Product Positioning and implies discussions between our consultants and the board members of the financial institution
2. Implementation can cover such elements as Software , Training, Procedures and Installation and implies discussions with those managers responsible for implementation
But there are exceptions:
ISO 9000 Accreditation is a specific example of specialist consultancy services that Epsilon can provide that do not easily fit into the categories above. However, all consultancy carried out by Epsilon is technology related – even Compliance.
