This is given free of charge to prospective clients and is the starting point of the client/supplier relationship.
It can cover a broad range of subjects including suitable legal structures, marketing methods, technology strategy, compliance, accreditation, infrastructure management, client support and maintenance.
At some time in the relationship the client will be asked to contribute to expenses and eventually the Consultancy phase will begin.
